Despite strict sanitation and risk-mitigation protocols, exposure to communicable illnesses (including kennel cough and similar conditions) is an inherent risk in any group canine environment.

7. Client Engagement, Scheduling & Forfeiture of Services

7.1 Client Inactivity

7.3 Client Responsibility for Delays
The onus is solely on the client to communicate with Nordik K9 Inc. regarding any delays, interruptions, or scheduling challenges, including but not limited to personal conflicts, travel, illness, or other commitments.

Failure to proactively communicate does not pause timelines, extend service validity, or entitle the client to refunds, credits, or exceptions unless explicitly approved in writing by Nordik K9 Inc.

7.4 No Guarantee of Availability
Trainer availability cannot be guaranteed if clients fail to book sessions within the expected timeframe. Missed opportunities due to delayed scheduling are the responsibility of the client and do not constitute grounds for reimbursement.
