Our Day Training programs are designed for dogs who need more than passive care. Every day your dog is with us is structured around purposeful training, skill development, and calm management. Rather than relying on free play or fatigue, we focus on building reliable behaviours through repetition, clear communication, and controlled exposure. Dogs progress from foundational skills into real-world application and long-term maintenance, guided by professional trainers and a consistent training system. This approach creates dogs that are not just obedient in the facility, but reliable, composed, and responsive in everyday life.
Training Packages
Nordik K9’s Day Training programs are structured into four distinct tracks, each designed to meet dogs at different stages while maintaining the same training-first philosophy.
The Foundations Track focuses on building clear communication, engagement, and core obedience skills at a steady, deliberate pace. The Development Track increases training frequency and expectations, taking dogs from the basics into stronger reliability, broader generalization, and consistent performance in more challenging environments. The Immersion Track is our highest-intensity option, providing daily training with advanced tools such as e-collar conditioning and off-leash work to achieve real-world reliability and independence. Finally, the Maintenance Track is designed for dogs who have completed structured training and need ongoing reinforcement to preserve skills, prevent regression, and maintain calm, reliable behaviour over time.
Placement into each track is based on the dog’s needs, temperament, and the owner’s goals, not a one-size-fits-all progression.
